Attorney Valentin Savov was invited to speak on the topic of “Cybersecurity and Liability in the Use of Artificial Intelligence Systems.”

He also provided practical guidance for doctors, stating: “Keep documentation as evidence in the event of disputes; demand clear liability clauses in contracts with AI providers; maintain human oversight of decisions made by AI; and develop an incident response plan to preserve patient trust.”
