Nina Minkova is a Bulgarian attorney-at-law with over 19 years of experience advising clients from Bulgaria, Europe, and the United States. Her professional focus lies in providing comprehensive legal support to businesses and institutions, with particular strength in contract law, company structuring, and regulatory compliance.

She has substantial experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, issuance of legal opinions, and participation in strategic business negotiations. Earlier in her career, Nina supported the work of a notary office, gaining in-depth knowledge of real estate transactions, ownership transfers, and the regulatory aspects of property law in Bulgaria.

Nina regularly advises clients on the full range of corporate legal matters, including company formation, corporate governance, and legal support for ongoing operations. She also assists associations and foundations in line with the Law on Non-Profit Legal Entities and provides advice in labor law and whistleblower protection under the Bulgarian Whistleblower Protection Act.
