Valentin Savov is the founder and managing partner of Savov & Partners. With 20 years of international and domestic legal experience, Valentin has built a distinguished career across leading law firms in Amsterdam, Tokyo, and Sofia. He combines sharp legal intellect, unwavering attention to detail, and a strategic mindset with a deep commitment to clients and team excellence.

As a recognized expert in international tax law, transfer pricing, and treaty application, Valentin has been listed since 2010 as an external consultant to the Bulgarian tax authorities. He is a long-standing member of the Executive Committee of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and serves as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Valentin is known for his leadership, discipline, and high professional standards, to which the entire team at the firm adheres. He actively invests in the development of the firm’s people and culture, believing that strong expertise is cultivated through mentorship, collaboration, and continuous learning. Valentin holds an LL.M. in Law from Sofia University and a postgraduate LL.M. in International Tax Law from the International Tax Center at Leiden University, the Netherlands.

He is fluent in Bulgarian and English.
